Description

Mechanical micrometer head from SPI with a 0 to 1/2" measuring range, a 0.51" diameter thimble and a 0.2" diameter flat-face rotating spindle. Overall length is 2.3", accuracy is within 0.0002", and the satin chrome finish resists wear. It ships calibrated with a short-form certificate of calibration. Fit it to fixtures, gauging setups, test equipment, optical and machine instruments wherever fine, repeatable positioning is needed. No clamp nut or extension rods are supplied.
